YEAAAAAAH
FINALLY,, i found the solution for that problem
i called my ISP and told him about this problem
and it was veeery simple
just plug the electricity of the modem off then on
not using the button,, by unplugging the plug from the socket
this solution worked with me
and i hope it work with u my brothers
and for people in "Israel"

bro ure problem not ok with plug off and on.
with this idea ure ip change.but not ok again cuz u live from plestina(asia problem)
i speak a lot with internet provider
they say use proxi or vpn
test it 😉
