better remove the scout cause it will cost you a extra lump of weight its never better to have 2 prime weapons
milkor can be your choice both are good melee and benail in melee u can get slightly more weight and more MP same goes with shotguns more AP and solid damage but i think melee is better(pipe can stun 45 in 3 shots)..as for mines i have never used them but they can pack a punch in 1x1 fights(better keep them as a third weapon)
well colt is just fine you can start using military at level 15(before that military cant be much of a help due its weight)
