Guys we normal members cannot become mod because it's a hard task as we know everyone in gunrox leaving one or two play fakes ,,, so don't dream bat it close this thread please beers !!!

There are different ways.
You should help players, speak normal without insults try to explain different things again and again. Try to make the game better with suggestions (but you must think about the good and bad sides) maybe you can do some additional work for example translations of rules, news or ingame content.
Last but not least the admins must trust in you. You must work for and they will find you when they need one. But if you just ask for or get on admins nerves you never will be a mod.

If you are good candidate, you don't have to ask, we come to you asking. Knut refused my offer to be a mod at least 3 times I think for half a year. Only with help of other players we managed to recruit him ☺
