in 30 lvl i take shelter with milkor . first i have +20hp and 2 regen = 280+ hp and 7 regen , all time cant rush or stay in open map but full resistanse . shelter give me chance move 8 ap up and take full damage (2x rgd42 + 2 aug ) and i have 70-80hp . shelter better if he have full resistanse

More like 50 ☺, but the only reason to have shelter is bcz gunblade. If it not so overpowered and unbalace players never make shelters. Make gunblade melle 3 ap to use, this is fair!!!
