Double click to show.	_Explosion_	Stolen Accounts/Forgotten Security Codes I find that a lot of players that are the original creators of their accounts are always losing their security codes or their birth date because they put random information. Well, there should be more security information that you give as an option when you first create your account. This works kind of like when you make an email account. - Security Questions. Example: What is your favorite food? Pizza. - Account Creation Time. Example: At what date and time did you create your account? Players can check their time at the moment at which they create their account. No one would be able to hack this information, all you would have to do is write it down. - Phone Number. You can put down your phone number and if you need your security code sent to it then make it an option. If you are the real owner, then no one can access your phone. If you make these options available upon account creation then you will find that less players will lose their account, and less players will hack accounts. Why extra security options you ask? Well, go through this forum and find out how many players lost the password to their email, their security code email deleted as spam, and etc. One code is kind of hard to keep track of whether it be writing it down (you can lose this paper, accidentally thrown away), your computer gets infected and you lose all of your files, etc. Post your opinion. This service needs additional costs who should pay this? What happen if you change your number because you lose our mobile or you bought a new with new number? Im agree many player lose accounts but mosttime we can't help because the reason isn't security! Alltime the reason is the owner by himself. He enter strange webpages for free e-cash he insert all needed informations there, the owner would give all additional informations like favorite food there too. Other gave this informations to possible friends and later wonder why/how the account was "hacked". Its forbitten but as long as the player ignore such rules nothing will help. I would say 80% of player know who was hacking his account because the really know the mistake with giving acess to an 3th person other 20% of hacked accounts based on using fake-hacks or free-offer-pages. Since forum and game works together everybody can see the date of new accounts, just check the additional account here at forum. As long as player forget own mail or birthday they will forget the date of accountcreation too. Some of the player don't write down the mailadress and restore code so most wont write down the date of account creation. Other reasons against this idea you wrote at your own postings. I forget that it displays your join date so my bad on this one. Most of my other suggestions I threw in other random stuff but I thought the phone text was a good idea, didn't know it needed costs. My main point is, I have had this account for almost 3 years, and I do not know what my original email is so I have no way to gain access to my security code if I want to delete an account or stop playing and forget my mail. Even if I did find it then the email is deleted by spam filters. It would be beneficial to me if I had a security code to remember like, "What city did you grow up in?", "what is your favorite team?", etc. The real account owner should be able to retain his account anytime if he is the real creator regardless of how he loses it. Hacks happen, theft happens, memory loss happens. Otherwise what is the point for a security code if the damn moderator says "it's your fault for forgetting, sharing information with a well-known real life friend or visiting a scam website?
