some questions
1.) how do you work the report button? because every time i use it no one comes to help.
2.) why i only see beginners getting banned? and none of the high lvl fakers banned?
3.)why dont mods or you (Bers) abort megas anymore? you let the fakers or the players who are winning from a dc choose to press the abort button and they never press of course.
4.) Is a player disconnecting for a whole mega after 1 of his or her units die fake? if so why dont anyone banned the player or abort the game for other players sake.
5.) is there favoritism when it come to silence and banding players?

You can report but if mods are offline,nobody cant help you...

lmao i swear they make it so difficult to get help
just forget it by time i do all this the guy will be faking 10 more megas
and at the time i reported low levels were being banned lol

The problem with the report button is that there is no acknowledgement that your report has been submitted or even looked at. Where is my reference number / id to say that I even logged in a report? How do I even know that a moderator has acknowledged my report and has read it? Where is the feedback stating if my report was acted upon and if the customer was satisfied with it?
Seems like you have an unfinished game here when it comes to your customers. 3 years of working on the game and you still haven't improved the report button to let customers know if its working or not. Sadly, the things you do work on are way to extract more money from your customers. Other games I play have an automated response which at least acknowledges to the customer that their report was submitted and was being looked at.
Are you going to even consider improving the report button? If you are going to treat your customers as bags of money instead of real people then everyone should just pack up and leave and go play the next generation of squad based tactical games that are just around the corner in completion.

Yes, moderation system is far from being perfect, but who told you that all reports are guaranteed to be reviewed?
Report button is just an easy way to send message to all moderators instead of sending lots of private messages to each of them.
Modarators are voulonteers, they are not obligated to help you, and are not getting paid for that. They help the game to be better by punishing them, but in no way forced to do it 24/7. It's a good will.
Not to mention that a lot of reports from players are nothing but their imagination. Pepole see someone disconnecting in mega and start crying in mod channel about how it was fake and they loosing all of their stuff and naturally mods do not react on such messages.
