How do I buy an item in the Artifacts Market with the enkord cash that I have?

You can't buy an artefact with ecash in your account.
Because of some fraudulent payments. If you could buy with existing ecash, you could do a fraudulent payment, Sell and resell over different accounts with cash. Trade the arts or transfer them with fakefights to other accounts and so on. Its impossible to trace this actions back after a week we know the payment wasn't right.
So for every art you need a fix payment.
Another reason so you are able to transfer cash from a stolen account to another. Just sell a noobart for huge prices and buy it with the maximum ecash of a stolen account. Now the stealer have ecash for other arts and so on...

Doubt the market artifacts
In "Example 2", on market artifacts rules says the buyer may pay 3000 Enkord cash in parts.
But how is this possible if the least we can purchase is 10000 Enkord cash?

Don't forget payment with sms or pay per call. There are also different amounts in different countrys based on taxes and additional costs of the special local provider.
