If you remmeber any of your usernames then do this
Type your username in the email section
Type the password as normal
You will login and then you can see your e-mail

Dude i tried that 100 times and it always says invalid Email... i know one email but its not the one when i created it :/

It can ONLY happen one time so you try some other e-mail
Other options i dont know.Why dont you just check all your emails and look for the one with the gunrox message
Otherwise only admins or mods can help you
