If new clan is created, you should allow that new clan to have new and FULL perks to start... and it can fade like every other clan.
This is nice incentive for new clan.
NEW CLAN = New Full Perks
(easy to recruit people and enjoy game)
Better than ☹
New Clan = 0 perks
(hard to recruit and must work HARD for perks)
I think that paying 200k for new clan has to have come privileges- at least in the beginning.

should also remove the bonus from clan (from outpost) when they fight someone who has no clan
(disable bonus outpost)

its good but maybe not for ever coz Toxicity, grom, voltron and other clans works hard to get them.
