Hi i want to know if selling a clan to another player is prohibited or not?

I wouldn't think it would be illegal since people still try to sell their artifacts without utilizing the artifact market and stay unpunished. I believe this is just "highly discouraged". I, for one, would never, under any circumstances, buy a clan. The chances of you getting scammed are extremely high, no matter how much you trust the seller.
I could be wrong about the ruling. Let's wait for the big man to respond.

Selling clan is technically impossible, because while clan can change leader, it can never change owner and real clan owner (person who purchased it in shop) can return his/her clan any moment. Therefore people trying to sell you the clan, are simply scammers. You cannot buy clan and be sure it will always stay yours unless bought directly in the cash shop.
