Hi Berserker,
He stole my ID and then he gave it back to me and apologized over another
account that I chatted with.
I did not have a restore code at first and he could not access my email
Now my account is banned and it says to verify your email.
I respectfully request for a restore code or something to confirm my
ownership of the account.

If you had such a good relationship with account stealer that he just gave it back to you so easily, perhaps the account was not stolen and you just gave it to your firend to play?

Man !
When the account banned it was no use for him and he gave it back to
me.
I don't know him and I don't know why he did this but it happened.
So It is nice of you If you give it back to the real owner of account.
