we dont need an option to chose "art" or "naked" for our game, just a notification to every one that someone in game pick art, i think its good idea for reducing struggle during game,
Notification and option is the same, cause when people can see if someone has arts, they can just kick him which equals to having "no arts" option in the first place.
Again, all these arguments were brought up many times before but all you newbies just dont want to search ☺

This is what I can never get about game administrators. A game-ruiner, dishonorable player is your worst enemy, because that is the person who is running good people off, and creating the environment where good people cannot enjoy the game. I mean, you're talking about breaking even here, but dishonorable players do not bolster your revenue. On the contrary, they have probably been slowly killing it for a long time.
When person spends couple of hundred bucks on gambling arts and then he can't find a battle to use them, cause everyone wants to play "no arts" cause they have no money to get proper ones, there is a problem for such player. We wont gamble those arts again cause it's useless. And one such art user recoups hundreds of free players like you.
If not for gambling and arts we would have been forced to raise prices for regular items and it would be even worse for majority of players. Having arts and gambling we allow players who can spend more to actually do that and you are offering to revert that back.
And saying this game is dishonarable and discouraging is simply a hypocricy. Maybe in your subjective opinion it is, but majority of players actually do enjoy the game and gladly pay for it to get even more enjoyment.
Anyway being said that and considering the fact that you dont want to listen, I will state a few things that aint gonna change, and you can continue arguing, but without me:
1. There will be NO option or indication to play naked or "no art" games
2. We will NOT punish people who fool others by saying they are naked or without arts and we will add NO other penalties for such players whatsoever.
3. Since the game has no rules about players naked/equipped/with arts we dont care about how they people play games or wether they trick others about that so moral questions regarding this issue is none of our business too.

All good man. I'm just trying to help. Try to stick to the issues instead of attacking me with ad-hominem slurs like claiming that I don't want to listen. I read what you said then replied to it. If the fact that I read what you had to say and that did not sway me at all over to your way of thinking means to you that I don't want to listen, then so be it.
Another personal attack you made was that I am a 'free player'. At the moment that is true, and quite honestly will probably remain true, but that dosn't quite invalidate my statement like you seemingly hope it would, seeing as how it was echoed by others.
I guess we're all just noob idiots - that was the message I heard loud and clear by your series of replies here.
Who's going to reward THAT by spending good money on this?
Just to clearly lay out the issue here:
1. Players don't like being lied to, then screwed over on the game.
2. Players are clammering for some sort of mechanism to be coded into the game that would enable them to protect themselves from this.
3. This is (apparently) in conflict with the game's revenue stream. Berserker's stance is that if people are allowed to play no-arts, then this will have a detrimental affect on the game's revenue stream, because there will be no incentive for players to use the gamble feature to acquire better arts.
Now...maybe I'm just a noob here that dosn't want to listen to anything, but it seems to me that some sort of compromise can be reached.
For example, if a game-creator (speaking in-game here) wants to pay a significant fee, he can enable the no-art option. This way, nobody is going to do it on every game, but just at those times when he is playing people that cannot be trusted even when they give their word. 500 Enkord sound good? That is just one idea.
I'm sure there are many others out there that have ideas too, so don't be so quick to slap down people who are just trying to help. It is my understanding that the idea of the gambling machine came from a player - Imagine that!

The Topic
I appreciate all the comments and there are some nice ideas here, but....
the purpose of the conversation was to show the Gunrox people that we can infact control who has first place in Fame Games.
How do corrupt lying people get into government? We (the people) elect them!
So again, I propose a challenge to the clans of Gunrox:
- either stop playing against BR_FORCE and other lying Gunrox players that ask for Fame Games
- or take up the challenge, shake the dust off your arts, and revenge them!
And huge congrats to Ares-Greece from the Toxicity Clan for beating XxXatridorxXx from the BR_FORCE clan in a fair, level 22 balanced, no art game.
Have fun, play Gunrox, but don't let the liars and cheaters prosper ☺

That's why I've made up groups. People MUST play against clans in their group, cause it brings hume amount of points. If you ignore that, other clans from other groups who are less picky about their opponents will push you out of first places easily. Of course since fame war activity is not as big as it could be this system is not perfectly working, but it will be more and more in place, when more clans will start to compete with each other. So yeah, second option about kicking them with all your mighty arts is the way to go (and the way I've been hoping for when I designed this Hall of Fame feature - "war without remorse") 😉

Sorry Digital_Death, but your post is nothing but emotions. You have no idea how much do we spend on this game, thus you have no idea how much do we need to break even. If you think we are getting crazy profits from this game I can assure you are completely wrong.
once again Bers, you are wrong! you act like you know me or something, but you dont. you act like i care if you break even or make a profit, but i dont! you act like i care if players lie cheat or steal, but i dont. but what i do care about is the fact that you mods think that we have to take this bullcr@p, but we dont! but since you give the same reason over and over as to why you wont listen to or even consider our requests, just goes to show that what i said is right, and you prove it over and over. so as to show my disappointment in this game and especiallly the mods, i have reverted to only using free enkord cash, i have not taken my active roll as clan leader and setting up fame battles. in other words i have in a way boycotted allowing you mods to make any sorta profit from me or the players who follow me in this game. thus showing you the mods, if you wont listen to us then thats ok, thats youre tactical response, but my tacital misinformation is to hit you where you seem to be the most critical,your wallet. and if you other players and clan leaders are tired of it to i would suggest you do the same thing, hit them where they hurt the most,the wallet.
