yes , u pay 200 enkord for attack
100 enkord - for attack
100 enkord - for abort
when u attack enemy it show him this
YES / NO when they press no - u play
when they press yes game is abort

No it's not about paying it's just like Black-Rose said and there is attack points to attack and evade points to escape from attack it's so simple but i'v never heard about a payment to attack
