About the doom perks!
Guys i need one final answer on this, please just post if you are 100% sure!
its about the doom perks, i find in the guides that diverge on the needed stuff to get the 2nd doom perk(left hand of doom).
Some say we need 10 luck and 10 heavy hand(just like the first one, right hand of doom)+ lvl 42!
Others say we need 20 luck and 20 heavy hand + lvl 42!
so to plan my build i would like to know which one says the truth!
and just to be sure the first one is 10 luck and 10 heavy hand + lvl 21 right?
