Relevant facts/proof from your post:
1. Level 19 has magic AT4.
2. Level 21 may or may not be naked (could be hiding weapons.) Maybe she is hiding arts too? Maybe she is heavily equipped? Maybe she actually is naked, so what?
3. Level 19 and 21 are in a private match - doesn't have to be assumed a fake fight.
4. No proof of level 19 being the victor.
5. You need to be banned from the forum.
What in the hell do you expect to be done? Can anyone in this deficient forum please tell me how you can ban someone for fake fight based off of these facts above? In fact, I want the creator of this useless thread to reply and answer that question.
If I see another thread about an outsider's perspective on a fake fight, I am going to literally puke.
