"level" its maybe tier of armor.
if its imp swat, and -1 level = swat armor. so maybe u can use imp swat accessible at 18 lvl, forgiving at 13, casual at 7 and epic at 1?

Forgiving: -2 levels
Casual: -3 levels
Epic: -4 levels (?)
That is not correct.
Correct is:
Accessible: -2 or -3 level (I am not sure if 2.5 gets rounded to 2 or 3, but I would guess 3)
Forgiving: -5 levels
Casual: -7 or -8 levels (I am not sure if 7.5 gets rounded to 7 or 8, but I would guess 8)
Epic: -10 levels
Legendary: No level restriction of course
I am sure about forgiving and epic, because I have used those armors. Somebody maybe can confirm if accessible is -3 and casual -8? Everything else (accuracy, stun, blind, poison etc) gets rounded up from 0.5, so I would guess there is the same rounding formula for art armors, but please someone trusted confirm to be 100% sure.

I once had a Accessible Improved Swat armour.It had the Level requirement of level 20 i wish i took a screenshot when it existed😝
I Think it normally requires level 22 to use so level 20 is Minus 2 minus level....
