Azevedo account hacked I am the Azevedo account owner and when I tried to log in today, I could not. I guessed my account had been hacked, but I was relaxed 'cause I have the security key code. I entered in my gmail to get the code and noticed they had changed the gmail account pass too. No prob, I had another email, so I recovered the gmail pass using the other email. Ok, I was relaxed again, had the code, only missing to open Gunrox Launcher and recover it using the emercgency code. To do that, I used this data: Login: Azevedo Emergency code (in portuguese, it is "Código de Recuperação de Conta"): XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX (I wont put the code here, but if mods ask me it, I will send it to you check it up) New email: New pass: New pass again: Security code: Ok, "done" I thought. But no, it said that "You have entered incorrect passowrd for your login. Please enter valid password." I guess it's the emergency code wrong, but once I have the original key, how can It be wrong??? I have already recovered my account in another occasion, but now I could not. I hope moderators can do something about it, like checking my info. I can send to enkord e-mail the first e-mail I received with the key, so you can see it's real. Even i can give you my gmail information nd let you log in my e-mail to check for yourself that enkord really sent me that information. I only want to get my account back. I hope you can help, and I know you can, if you really wish. Call Azevedo in the game and ask him to come to forum. I doubt he can offer you better way to solve this, cause he doesn't have the original emergency code (I think he mixed my account with his e-mail, so maybe the emergency code is now the one in his e-mail, but mods can check this up, can not?) You must be thinking that I entered wrong letters or maybe just typed it wrong, but no. The emergency code I copied and paste (and once I have already done it once, I know it should work). But this time it didn't. And the password, I don't think it should be any wrong character I typed, I think it's just saying the emergency code is wrong, what I guarantee it is not. Again, I can show the original code I got and will let the mods access my e-mail to see the original message I received from Enkord team.
