Can someone explain this to me?

For some reason whenever i enter in gunrox it asks for authorization which i put the password for my account that i enter in (Bc_Ultimate) but am i supposed to put in that password or the one for my e-mail? Because here's the problem... I think that i should click "Enter" instead of clicking the button on screen saying "Enter" because whenever i click my key "Enter" it doesn't work!!! But afterwards when it says "Error: Authorization not available" my "Enter" key works! but when i use it to enter the password it doesn't work what is this? but the problem is it works on everything else except for that part of entering gunrox... and trust me i have tried on everything else on the internet but, it just doesn't seem to work and when i click the button "enter" IT DOESN"T WORK WHEN I CLICK WITH THE MOUSE!!! What I'm trying to say is... that whenever i click with my mouse it does not work but ussually whenever that didn't work i would click the key "Enter" and it worked but now i just dont know what to do anymore if this isn't fixed i might never get to enter gunrox again with ANY account....... I put my mouse over the button enter on the screen and i click the key enter result: the enter button on the screen is clicked but NOTHING at all happens. I click the button with the mouse and what appears is what i had said before "Error: Cannot Connect to Authorization server" or something along those lines... But then like magic my enter key works? Is very mysterious i can try now on it to see if was just for the moment but if anybody could help then... er... please help me in any uh way you can THANKS!!! Edited 3 minutes later by DELETED.
