Clan Logos and Clan creation
To Berserker / moderators:
I purchased a clan and went through the application form and filled in all my details. When it came to attaching a clan icon, I found that when reducing my clan icon to a 16x16 pixel make it look completely unrecognizable. I attached a comment with my submission stating that I want to put on a clan logo later.
My questions are:
How can I get a 16x16 pixel icon looking nice like those other clan symbols I see?
Can I just start my clan now and worry about the icon later?
I have already put in the submission and attached a dummy icon (completely blank file) just to pass through the application stage. Was this the right thing to do and when can I expect my clan to form?

My next question:
My clan is now level 2 and I have a clan perk to spend. I want to get the clan regen perk but I cannot see it!
Why? Could it be something simple like I need to scroll down to see more of a list (there is no scrollbar btw), or is it more like the perk is only revealed at clan level 5?
