No need
If someone is naked, he must have a red dot beside his name! That is a better one to update. So you know if he is naked or not!

this is impossible to update . Just think logicly and u will know that.
How the hack will the server know that u are naked??
It see if the storage is empty or not??
Only 1 way to make it possible to update:
1.make weapons directly equiped on unit so u can't hide your weapons in the unit's backpack and make him unarmed .
Like this the server will look at the units to see if they armed or no.
But even that will stay complicated cz maybe unit have ammo and not weapons or maybe weapons that other units can use and they are equiped on unit that can't use
