If I interpreted this right, you didn't receive account activation to your email? If this is the case, then log in and try to enter the Cash Shop. A message will appear saying "Would you like to resend verification code?" and select OK/yes. Hope this helps.
Also check Spam folder and make sure you have the right email account registered to your GUNROX account.
