I am confused with the Turtle Perk
Please help me guys and explain to me:
In the perk FAQ (English) says that Turtle reduces 4% damage per AP (i found out from the little spanish i know that now it is 3%). This means that in the beggining of your turn you have a 48% (or 36% if 3%) damage reduction.
IN game if you go to see the perks list it says: "at the end of your turn if you have unleft AP then it increases your resistance blah blah).
WHich is correct????
And finally a BIG favour: Is there any Enlgish FULLY updated perk list ??? It is hilarious i think not to exist since it is a very important aspect of the game to decide the build you will go for 😕 I see that chamges are very often and at least they should be reflected in a Perk list i think out of courtesy to us. the players.

The most accurate description of perks is always they one in the game. Various perk guides here and there might be partially or totally outdated.
Currently turtle gives permanent +3% damage resistance and 2% per each unused AP left after the end of turn.

And another question:
i read that depending on your weapon skills you may start automatically with a weapon if you start naked. i.e. if you have 16 points in shotgun , if you start naked the character gets a shotgun.
correct? if yes, why i see players starting naked at higher lvls than me??

Yeyo, if you a new player... Remember that if a player starts out with full inventory on each unit, at the start of the game that player will APPEAR to be naked when in fact he hasn't put anything "on" him yet.
