Apologize accepted and Im happy all finished good but my idea is totaly ban Ip of that thief but I dont know how is he doing this or if he is using some special program so i leave it to admins by the way berse just if you was checking Ip adress ... I just want let you know I will move next month so my ip will be different but im staying in same city so it should be ok ☺
