No, only tier one ( no skill needed ) , and some tier 2 weapons ( 20 skill needed )

So far, I only think that tier 5 weapons cannot be spawned in boxes.
Beginner Quarter and Lost Quarter spawns Tier 1 weapons
Lost Beach and Junkyard can spawn Tier 2 weapons
Memorial Boulevard can spawn Tier 3 weapons
The new Ice Valley can spawn Tier 4 weapons... I think as I haven't been there yet.

Ice Valley spawns Tier 5 weapons as well, not as often as Tier 3 and 4 though.

Now lemme guess... once someone finds a freaking "Goldly Personal Durable" Glock 17, they're going to own everyone with 20 dmg/AP rates! I sure hope that a tier 4 weapon area for level 20 players is next... getting a bunch of requests like that in my PMs, asking for a level 20 area.

There is no point in level 20 area as we have memorial at 15 and it's not too crowded. Ice Valley was added to force people reaching level 30, not because we had not enough space.

Memo is not crowed because it as
A. to big for a fast 1v1 ( so every only goes there for Mega figths )
B. doesn't have enough tier 3 weapons ...
I mean come on , you can't barely even find a Ak-47 , Mp5 or AWM in one round ..
Let alone the benneli M4, M60 and Milkor ..
Most boxes seem to only spawn python, bennelli m3 , posion knife , ammo and colt m4
And what about level 20+ <30 people who can use Mg4 , RPG , Spanner, Beretta 92, F1 Frag or a Advance Swat armor ...
Are they all supposed to go shopping ?
