I will sue you berserker, read this to find out more
Berserker i sent a message to you in Gunrox before my account --Gunroxxers-- AND ThePartyPooper got banned. What it said was that someone hacked into my account and used all the money on themselves on both accounts, how do i know this? Because my password was a simple password for me to remember, i changed it as soon as this happenned and my email as well. And how do i know they took my money? Because i charged $30 onto --Gunroxxers-- and spent about 3000 on getting armed and such, at the end of the day i went offline then charged $5 onto ThePartyPooper. I spent at most 500E on him to get armed. When I came back the next day i had 0E on --Gunroxxers-- and a message from _Unleashed_ saying "Thanks for the money and thanks for the arts." I then panicked and went onto my account ThePartyPooper, what i expected happenned, and i had 0E on him too, with the same message. Now i know what you're thinking, a friend or relative came on my account, well i have a simple password for me to remember, its hard because ive had this password for 10 years on everything so i remember it well. I sent you the message with all his accounts, ALL OF THEM. hellsspawn Jiggle-Booty _Unleashed_ , im hoping on you banning him and if needed me. What happens? I get banned forever on --Gunroxxers-- and ThePartyPooper. I have no bans on them, i have never faked on them, and i have never shared accounts. Then i search his name on my lower account, he isn't banned and he has 2 bans on each and atleast 8 silences, how do i know this? Because _Explosion_ when he was mod told me, now i dont know if has gotten silenced or even banned more but, i know he doesnt pay at all, the most he's paid is $5. Now unban me and ban him forever. For i will sue you for all the money i've ever charged on those accounts and i will add in the fact that you're game is unfair. And also for the $600 that you stole from my credit card, i just didn't sue you then because the money arrived even though i never charged that much money. And all that money went to my account -BR_4EVER- who then got banned for fake fighting and then lost all the $600 charged onto there, and fake fighting is one thing, a random player suiciding himself in red zone and saying "Now my turn right?" is another thing. For the last time i will sue you for this bull crap because ive spent too much money on this game for you to ban me for things i have never even done.

Wrote quite a bit in the last one.
Basically what i'm trying to say is, --Gunroxxers-- and ThePartyPooper get banned for "sharing accounts" something i didnt do or even think of doing. And then i check to see if _Unleashed_ hellsspawn and Jiggle-Booty are banned and they aren't and last time _Explosion_ checked they had 2 bans each and 8 silences atleast. And again the reason i know it was him is because that's the account he used to message me "Thanks for the money and the arts." even though i never told him my email or password. Now i know he might come onto this thread and say something about he didnt do anything or some stupid stuff like that. But the only reason i didnt take screen shots is because i was at a state of panic, twice in a row the money i had is gone? But this time im banned after i lose my money? what is this? Is what i was like as soon as i saw this. Now i want some answers, why did i get banned but not _Unleashed_? he has never paid in this game, that i know of, and i had 0 bans on both accounts he had 2 bans. Any response would be nice to have, and berserker dont end this thread saying some crap you think will just end it, cause then i will just sue you cause you take $600 out of my credit card and use it on my -BR_4EVER- account and now this.

To sue someone you need proof. The game has a firm Terms of Service (TOS) which you agreed to upon signing up. You are an idiot. The money could have been charged back to your account by writing a little message to berserker. You could have stated that it was an accident. Im sure he's forgiving, but when you openly write those mixed messages insulting the game, and berserker. Then your SOL. Idle threats..

I agree Plus i think berserker should be banned after all he banned about 100-5000 of us and is making us have to pay 100 dollars just to be unbanned thats just sad... What a scam artist berserker is and yes i said YOUR A SCAM ARTIST berserker and does anyone agree?

will moderator look into it ? idoesn't know, what i know that is this is an punishment for putting simple password and should learn from the mistake , although i feel that berserker should look forward into this matter before banning anyone , --gunroxxer-- spend lots of money in gunrox

1. First of all you lie that you haven't had bans before on this account
2. Account BR4ever is not your account, it was created by Brazilian player and you are from US
3. Your accusations of stealing $600 from your card are stupid because noone from GUNROX or Enkord have access to your card, your card processed by respectable third party processing companies (RegNow and SuperRewards) located in the USA. And they only charge your card when you sumbit your request. We don't even know your card number and frankly don't have need of knowing it.
4. On top of that your are threatening me with legal action
I think all the stuff above are more than enough to ban all your accounts and block your IP so you will never play GUNROX again. But I am merciful and only ban your -Br_4Ever-1 account. Next time I won't be so merciful, so don't try this again.
