Double click to show.			ranger01	Idea: subscription fee = full armed Another idea might be to offer some kind of monthly subscription that would give paying members certain benefits. Example: $10 a month gets you --- each unit to have: -- 1 armor (full, no attrition) -- 1 primary weapon (full, no attrition) -- 1 full pack of ammo -- 1 med (if heal skill) --- 1 low level blue art for unit with highest points skill 1x a month example: if my unit has 78 skill for assault rifle then 1 dark blue (lvl 1) art to that unit on the 1st of every month -- why? encourages others to experience use of arts (a good one and something they can actually use) -- why? encourages others to SPEND on upgrading through gamble ☺ -- either using coins which means more play time and that means higher usage on regular basis so many can have opponents I find that LOTS of players would prefer not to play when they are naked. Instead they go around asking people for things. OR, they use second account and go fake and farm items. Again, the more that you level the field for the masses and allow them to "walk in" and play with ease without much barriers, the greater the "stickiness" of the game.--- the ability of the user to visit and stay. research tip: if the game has been around for 2 years, examine the rate of growth and ask around so that you may change that for the better. 2000-4000 users over 2yrs is not a lot. i manage 2000 transactions a month in the first 6 months of my business before i sold it. How? 1. more offerings (lots of low end products as "leads"), and 2. i study buying behavior and offered more of the same. i would rather have $1 from 1000 people than $1000 from 1 person. if your 1 person with the money leaves, you're at a major loss. when i leave as soon as i exhaust arts the business will lose $200-500 a month in american dollars. 2 people recommended AVA to me. again, i prefer to stay and invite people to play but changes have to be made. ----- FOOTNOTE: I have friends who are well educated and make lots of money that I recommend this game too. But it is insulting for them to have to play at level 1-10 (as an example) and work up to 30 like me. When people (professionals and others i'm sure) play, they want some kind of equal footing. Because, after all... in real life we invite those we are peers with (same age, interests, etc) BUT they will not want to join a game and be below us, so to speak. First of all, they can't enjoy the same level of play. Second, they feel less worthy and will not subject themselves to that.
