Is accuracy detirmand by luck or something else?
Im just wondering is the accuracy detirmand by luck, because i found this very strange
My last fight i was versing xxLOLxx and i threw a flash grenade at hes colt m4 unit. Colt m4 users accuracy is usally around 60 - 70 depending on diffrent skills but even tho that lets just say it was 60, 50% flash it'd be 30.
Hes colt m4 shot me 3 times, the first one hit a 35, then scratch and scratch
I just wanna know how this is possible... 30% accuracy, and he hits a good shot, Well im not complaining or anything cause i won the match but it just makes me wonder🙄
(p.s can some one tell me how to spell detirmand or whatver, sorry for incorect spelling 😝 )

Actually a flash subtracts 50 from the acuracy not half (i think) so if im right he had about a 10-20 percent chance to hit u. And this is how u spell determined.

that he has low percentage doesnt mean he wont hit it means he have less chance to 😉
