lag problem in my gunrox,, plz help me bers
Hi all
my gunrox lags since 2 weeks
every time i enter the game, when i choose the acc and click on "play"
it takes more time as usually
and when i click to see stats for a player it takes more time
and when i chat it takes more time also
my internet out of the game is fast
and no problem with it
and nothing recently happend in my network :S
idk why is it like this when i enter gunrox 😕

it lags to u coz u dont have good conection or low PC or just dont download anything while u play gunrox, coz gunrox dont lags now its not as in past when had lags gunrox and by that way all players

my friend DoomBolt i tried to play gunrox on another pc with another connection
the computer is Packard Bell
CPUintel core i5
GPU:2Gb ATI
RAM : 4Gb
the connection is adsl 8 megabyte
but it's the same problem
can it be with my gunrox account ??
but i tried another accs too

ps: i play another online games like "soldat" and "conflict global storm" and "cs1.6"
and no problem in them

Remove all ent. ( revoUnistaller is good for this )
Install again .

i uninstalled it using revouninstaller
but no change,, and the lag is still
i think it's the same problem in this post
is gunrox server not like israelis?
i live in Palestine,, and i think my Internet Provider uses the israeli links
IDK ,, but the lag is killing me....
i spend all the day playing 2-3 battles only (when the game becomes good)

Actually I also experienced your problem, I also lag a lot, I'm always aware of this annoying computer and internet.😡
often open the information of players (/whois) or chat if it won't work beware, I think you should not play first because you might lose due to of lags.
try to re-install gunrox, maybe it can work😉
If not punch your computer as hard as you can(joke)😁

Hmm
Whatever your type of Internet, the latency is a key factor in the quality of the connection with the game. A lower latency means less chance of lag in the game, but the default settings of Windows are not optimized for the lowest possible latency.
But there is a very easy way to change this setting, which is using the program Leatrix Latency Fix. He be downloaded at:

Correcting errors in Internet
Sometimes there may be something wrong with the settings of Internet connection that is preventing it from working right.
You can try to repair the connection. To do this, right-click the connection icon (at the right of the clock) and choose "Repair".
If this does not help, you can try resetting the network adapter. To do this, open the command prompt. To open it in Windows XP, go to Start Menu> Run, type cmd and press ENTER. To open it in Windows Vista or 7, go to Start Menu, type cmd, click the right mouse button and choose "Run as administrator".
Will then open a window black, which is the command prompt. In it type the following:
netsh winsock reset
And then press ENTER.
That done, Windows will discard the current settings of the connection from the PC to the Internet and reconfigure it from scratch. When finished, a message will appear saying that you must restart the computer. Do it.
If any of this help, it is likely that the problem is or at your ISP to the Internet or somewhere between you and the game.

I have the same problem
Like I said I have the same issue.
Argueing that my computer is not "good" is not valid, simply because I own a copy of Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty, it's it a MUCH MUCH heavier game than Gunrox, and I can run that game perfectly, High Settings which require a state of the art graphics card and a quad core processor to run optimally.
My internet connection is beast, and I have 10 milisecond lag while playing Starcraft 2.
When I play Gunrox... I have spikes of good connection were my lag is basically none and then I have the good'ole lag drops where it takes about 30 seconds for my command to actually go trough.
I like Gunrox A LOT... but this lag is terrible.
I'm in Mexico so this does not relate to Israeli issues, and I have downloaded game in 3 different regular computers, with decent connections and good processors.
The lag is the same, I tried cleaning up my cache and nothing, I also completely defragged and cleaned up my entire computer memory, same deal,... I fully deleted gunrox and re-installed... same issue.
I need an answer Bers, my computer is not an issue as it runs on an Ethernet cable, sometimes I unplug it and just go wireless because my computer is actually a laptop!! so I have a wireless card 😁 but when I game I run the Ethernet cable.
Just give me some advice on what else could I do to try and stop this issue,
