Lower lv tournaments
I think if we tried at least 1 low lv tournament like 5-7 would be fun for us lower lv's because all we usually do is play random or go into team matches were there is always fakes ☹ .. Just a thought to try it out & see the outcome thanks!☺

You should use the "Search" tool on this forum if you don't want to be banned. You have already made 2 question threads which could have been answered by browsing and searching the forum a bit.
There are no low level (below 10) because it would take quite some time, there is a huge equipment difference, and lower levels aren't mature enough yet to compete seriously. The idea of a level 5-7 tournament makes my head spin because for one, I could have about 10 different accounts in it simply because of the fact it is too easy to acquire this level. Levels 5 and 6 won't stand a chance unless it's an art tournament. I don't even want to go on with the endless, pointless reasons I could give you because it would be a sincere waste of my time.
