Makin cash shop less scary to new players
I fully agree with his words, change game politic to less pay to play, more players come, more affordable features and you gain more players. GUNROX monetary politic now scary players - example: on couple polish forums when i introduce gunrox and post my refferal link, people enter in game once and said: "Instal, run, unninstal because i saw shop and prices in real money".
Yes most free 2 play games have a duel currency an earned type and a purchased type. The free currency only buys very limited items and features, where the purchased currency can buy all the best gear.
If introduced in gunrox (very unlikely) the free currency could be used on just the first tier of weapons, all basic ammo and a couple of appearance items. This would help to not deter new players with the cash only shop.
The free currency could be earned through playin games say = 5 enk per player per game played , eg 3x3 earns each player 30 Gunrox$`s. This would also encourage non payin players to play more games even when naked, would help casher`s out by making ammo easier to get, it would not be much use to farmers because the items brought would be useless an would give incentive to new players who have something to try and earn at the start even if losing most of thier games.
