You need 10 skills higher than your opponents mine skill to be able to spot it. If your unit has 40 mines and your opponent has only 20, you will be able to see his mines, but he cant see yours. Yes, mines can be shot at. And you can shoot your own mines by holding down 'Ctrl'.

i didnt know that lol... so if i have 30 mine skill and they have 20 i can see right? but only with the unit with 30 mine skill or all?
