AFAIK you can get to the 2nd game when you reach level 3... And when you reach level 4 you cannot go back to the Beginner camp anymore. But there is not that many level 3 players in the second camp, so most players wait until they reach level 4.
Hyptalizz: In the second camp you can play up to 6 players... Either on two teams or FFA (Free For All, similar to deathmatch in FPS's), in later camps you can be up to 10 players in one game.
