My Brother wants to play too!
Okay, so I joined gunrox rather recently, and as I was playing, my younger bro took an interest.
We're both fans of the turn based tactics genre, and so my brother has decided that he wants to play too. the thing is, although we use different computers, we use the same internet connection.
so the question is, as long as neither of us is on at the same time, (though it would be fun to play against each other) can he get an account without getting me banned for multiple accounts?
Also, If one of us is using a different connection (move laptop to library) could we play against each other?
thank you for your time.

I think you can play, but when playing a match against, not make look false...☺ because, for ip same, will seem suspect ...😉

That's because there have been problems in the past in regards to account cloning. One account would literally be a "mule" while the other good account would be free to pickup whatever he/she liked. Then the problem started to escalate somewhat when there would be two or three "mules". That is strictly against the Gunrox Rules and Regulations (click my signature link!) and why we had to block doing that.
HOWEVER... you can bypass that blockade with a second computer AND a second ISP, but then it gets very complicated and requires some coding know-how...

Answer #1: There's nothing wrong with your brother playing on the same internet connection. You can also play at the same time - just try to avoid playing against each other while you are on the same connection. There's nothing there for you to be banned for. Just avoid any predetermined outcomes in your battles and you should be fine.
Answer #2: Absolutely! When you change connections, your IP address should change with the connection provider. So the alarm bell that would tip us off should be neutralized.
