Bullauge	new option to get quicker matches? plz read and discuss I think everyone of us is a little anoyed of waiting and waiting for matches. Very often we have situations where many players are online many want to play, but just because of balance issues we get no match running. So perhaps i have a proposal which could help for easier balancing. Create so called "parkinslots", E.G. lost we have 2x 2 slots for players to play, balancing is nearly impossible there. If we could get like 4 parkin slots on this map where players can join who wanna play aswell. The player creatin the game now can choose which players he puts into the "playing slots" and switch players from parkin slots. Even megas, how often players have to go around to call people? very often caus one specific level is missing to make everyone happy and get ready for match, but the gamecreator doesnt know which players are waiting "outside" to join, which levels they are. so he always has to kick others again and see who joins next. If he would have several parkin slots there with players waiting to join this specific match, balancing could be much easier and matches could start earlier. Another possibility is perhaps just to make the "normal" list of players online at the specific map visible at combat screen. So noone has to quit and go call for more or other players to get the match started. But i personaly would prefer first option, both options would be best^^. Lets discuss and hopefully admins/berserker read aswell and let us know about possibilities implementing this feature. I set games up saying 'lvls 3,4,5 only' etc, I then boot anyone that isn't that level. Its the reason why I suggested that they could have a couple of options when setting up a game where you could have a min lvl and max lvl requirement so that if you wanted you can limit the levels of the players that are able to participate. I think one of the reasons it takes so long is you get a high lvl and you boot them and in that time a lvl you want can't get in and goes to another game and waits for more players etc. 16 years ago Quote	16 years ago Quote
