newbie questions about perks and skill points
On lvl 6 Assault Rifle Mastery appears, and i got 5 perk points available right now.
Can i just spent all 5 points on this perks on lvl 6, or only 1 point each lvl, which means i have to be lvl 11 to put all 5 points on Assault Rifle Mastery?
and, will each perk give you +2 on Assault Rifle Mastery, or the first one +2, second one +1 and so on??
