Because we do not encourage discriumination. And not playing the game because you have no arts and your opponnent has is pure discrimination. Good players can start without arts, kill enemy and loot their arts, noob players only complain on forums.
Fame battles with arts are good. Games with arts are good. Like it or not but they will be here to stay.
