Problem on buy cash
rencentemente I bought with cash Enkord moderator borboletinha after several days from purchase and I still have not received my cash and the moderator does not enter the game at algun time too. then, I wonder if admin or reseller and could pass me the amount I bought it with real xXxclan_fbixXx = 10 = 5.600 Enkord cash XXleandroXX = 10 = 5.600 Enkord real cash😕

Recently, i've bought some enkord cash with the moderator borboletinha, some days passed and I still not received my cash, and the moder is long time offline.
So, i wonder if some admin or other official reseller can give the amount purchased by me.
Heres how i traded with him:
R$ 10,00 (brasil currently money "Real") = 5.600 EC for the account xXxclan_fbixXX;
R$ 10,00 = 5.600 EC for the account XXleandroXX.
Please if you can help me, i really apreciate this.
