Question about being blind and having 2 dispersion.
Hello. Thank you to smellict and his very popular and easy to understand dispersion guide. Though im not sure about something if you have a dispersion of 2 for example if blind....
If you have dispersion of 2, does that mean a dispersion of 1 is impossible?

QUESTION 1.... Ok, so for example if i target 13 :
I still have a 1/25(4%) chance of hitting direct hit?
QUESTION 2.... If i target 13 :
I still have a 9/25(36%) chance of it being only dispersion 1 ?
(meaning there is still 36% chance it will land on 7,8,9,12,13,14,17,18,19)
simply put.... if i am blind and dispersion is 2, must the dispersion ALWAYS be 2?

No. I've been blinded and I've hit 1 dispersion instead of 2. Has anyone ever hit 0 dispersion when blinded? I'm not sure if that is possible.
Higher levels please clarify my post, I might be wrong lol.

Yes, there's a chance for direct hit even with disp 6. Just luck dependet.
