hehe i know acessible gun = -5 skill
forgiving gun = -10 skill
casual gun = -15 skill
epic gun = - 20 skill
legendary gun = level 1 skill can use gun

Please, check again before post, ok? If Epic Barret or Epic AUG is 60 skill, how can it be -50%? This is true only for weapons that requies 40 skill (AK47, benelli m4 and so on), because lowering from 40 skill to 20 skill means 50% ☺
