I think a fantastic feature would be the option to save a replay of a game that could be played back within the game client with everything visible. I would love the chance to relive my victories or watch other peoples replays so I might learn something.

There are programs that allow you to do this, like FRAPS. Most of them are only free demos though, so if you can pony up enough cash, you can actually get some very nice software.
In other terms, it's highly unlikely for this game to get it's own video recording program with the game. It would be too costly and hard to implement (and lets not forget how BIG those files are!).

I had in mind something that logged every movement and action and a replay utility that played back the log without the fog of war. Kind of like what Total War and C&C does.
