Starting a game with no items
Related to this: Also, boosting skills will change your starting weapon when you start a game with no items!
(* indicates a secondary weapon. You can start with one primary and several secondary weapons), i have a question:
2 of my guys have 16 points in shotgun skill. In which case they will start with 2 shotguns?
a) when all 3 guys are completely naked? (not even armor, medi,etc)?
b) if one of the guys is armed and the rest not? what happens then?
c) if the shotgun guys start with a secondary weapon ,armor, medikits, they will still get the shotgun?

As I know starting weapons are calculated for each guy independently. If he has started with any item in his bag - he will not have starting weapons. So:
a) all guys will have their starting weapons
b) naked guys will have starting weapons. Armed guy - not
c) no.

Those units who start completely naked will get free weapon. Secondary weapon is given additionally regardless main weapon if unit is naked.
