Good afternoon everyone. I know that the regen art modifiers were recently buffed, but I think they don't go nearly far enough. I believe the regen effects should be percentage based rather than a specific number. This would make the modifiers actually usable as I still see very few people using them. A suggestion for percent of health recovered every turn would be 1%, 2%, 5%, 10% and 20% of maximum unit health per turn. I think these changes would make the arts powerful while not breaking the game. This change would scale with the level of the player and health of the unit, fitting a more dynamic set of circumstances and make their use universally applicable.
