This is a general idea that can be changed in an infinite number of ways - but I will present this as 1 specific idea A new room is created 25x25. No access from the general public. The purpose of this room is to host automated tournaments 8 men or better and start generating rewards for this category. This room can also be served as a purpose for those individuals who wish to host a lan party with ONLY your friends and such. Also, perhaps from an advertising perspective. There will be no XP generated from this room. All items must be purchased using Enkord. All items are erased as soon as we leave the room. (and it is blank when we enter the room - the purpose is a separate entity) Access to this room can be best served by...purchasing a tournament ticket - which will allow access to room for 24 hours - also a second ticket would be consumed were we to actually participate in the tournament. (and perhaps this room is ONLY available 1 day of the week) Upon entering the room, we will be set at default level 1 team with no perks/skills. There will be a command open to us such us /level10 or /level30 and thus a team of that level will be instantly created allowing us to allocate perks up to that level. This way we can combat at the TRUE equal level and play some truly fun games free of complaint. So tournaments may be announced on a weekly basis and the level cap is designated by the moderator (this week's tournament is a level 30 cap) - then we can enter early if we wish (for extra Enkord) and practice, as well as participate. A requirement of being level 10 would be necessary for a level 10 tournament, or a requirement of 20 would be necessary for a... lvl 30 tournament, or 30 for a 50... These games can be tied to our actual account (only medals that can be awarded here are tournaments). HomeRnDrby1	Reply to Dewdundency I like the idea of this Tournament Room... but we would have to have a lot of tournaments going on for this to be a plausible idea. This would have to have it's own server (?) for this to get off the ground and it's somewhat expensive. That would also put non-cashers at a disadvantage as they can't get their hands on Tournament tickets without referring a boatload of people. 17 years ago Quote	17 years ago Quote

Dewdundency	Reply to HomeRnDrby1 Yes, you've pretty much pointed out all the weaknesses of this idea - It would be a tough implement indeed. We realize that this isn't just some small patch... It would bring a new dimension to the game. Please understand that this purpose isn't ONLY for tournaments - but it would also allow for "auto-tourney allocation" without any moderation involved. Yeah, i thought of the no cost entry... perhaps it should be so. However, this can't be available full time or no one would find any incentive to level their own guys.
