Tournament changes
I propose to change this:
1:balance change(s):split the lv10-14 tournament in a lv8-10 tournament and a lv12-15 tournament cuz lv 10 can never win a tournament but now it will be pretty good balanced; at high lvs is it the build who matters but at low lv.s its more the lv which matters so this would make it better balanced
2:Price change:if u wanna enter a tournament there has to be a fee of 100 E
If u get into round 2 u get 200 E if u get in to round 3 u get 400E etc.
This would give poeple give a reason to join the tournament even if they know they cant get the jackpot.
