If you are in tournement you cant get higher level than is set for tournement
Thats good
But during these time all win or losses points are wasted because all history will not appear afther you finish tournement (That can last a week!)
So maybe that can be helped for next time because peaple wanted to play besides games for tournement and gain points for level up.

This is not a problem, this was done intentionally, cause even 10-14 bracket is big when facing 10 vs 14 battle, imagine what happened when level 14 will level-up to 18 during tournament?
