turtle or shellter?
when u have turtle perk, u get 2% dmg resistance avery unused AP. Shellter gives +1% dmg resistance for AP. Question: is it worth to use 6 Perks for +1 dmg resistance for AP ? Another question: i have turtle perk. It works just when invest about 48 AP and not so impresively. If i increase my resistance till 80% and after than i start to attack without leaving AP for turtle, would my resistance decrease every turn or not ?

U dont get how works turtle perk. You gain damadge resistance ONLY for turn in which you dont used AP (amout is depending on ho many AP you dont use)
So maximum is 12+x*3%(with also shelter)(x means that you can have other perks for more AP(i dont know if it also counts MAP) = 36% + x*3
If you think that its not enough
+ 16% for perks dmg resist => 52% + Armor lets say 20% = 72% so you still get huge dmg resist bonus ☺

I understand how it works. just say what then i miss about 3 turns, so its 36 AP *2% = 72 | 72+dmg resisntace perk 8 + armors12 = 92% | but I still get about 16 dmg from colt or even more. whats not logical than, because colt doesnt to 150 dmg

No!
You dont get ANY resistance from AP that you dont use in year 1800! You get ONLY and ONLY dmg resist from AP you dont use IN THAT PARTICULAR TURN! So MAXIUM is 36% + x*3 (x - ap from perks).
So 36%+8%+12% = 56%
Colt does 27 - 40. 50% from 40 is 20...approximately...

your misunderstanding it. You dont compile 12 ap of shelter per turn. Its how much ap u have left on that one turn which is 2% per ap. Meaning if u have 12 ap left you get 24% resistance with turtle + the value of the armor. If u have shelter its 3% per ap meaning if you have 12 ap left you get 36% resist on that one turn + armor resistance. It does not keep multiplying itself per turn you dont move. 1 turn 12ap left 36% resist. Next turn if you dont move or attack its still 36% for shelter and 24% for turtle. Always adding the resistance of your armor of course. If you have any on that is.

- Lvl 8, 5 dmg resist + turtle + 1 HP reg
What now?
- Go straight for shelter? (+5dmg resist + shelter)
- More HP?
- More HP reg?
- Something else? ☺

There is a border of maximum possible damageresistence.
If you use hardend armors + shelterperks without using all of your ap theoretical you could have 90% or even more than 100% of damage-resistence. In practice you just have the maximum damage-resistence.
