Memorial is just a Tier more then junkyard , but i'll post a small list
Melee: Posion knife, Pipe, Hatchet
Pistols: Colt python ( perhaps beretta 92 .. )
Shotguns: Benelli M3, Benelli M4
SMGs: UZI , MP5
Assault Rifles: Colt M4 , AK-47
Sniper Rifles: SVD Dragunov , AWM
Grenades: M61 , RGD33 , Flash grenade , Stun grenade
Rocket Launchers: Milkor MGL ( don't know if also thumper ... )
Heavy Guns: RPK , M60
Traps: TMD62B , Claymore , S.Mi.35
Healing: improved- and military- : bandages -small medikit - large medikit
Armor: Metal Armor, Advance Metal Armor , SWAT Armor ( don't know if also advance swat armor .. )
This could be off just a tad , but this is as far as i've found ☺

I've played memorial a lot, and never found any mp5/ak attachments.

i once found mp5 silencer, but never found optics - but i quess he can be also founded at memorial
