Does anyone use this perk ? is it worth to use in lvl like mine 11 ? does it cost AP to use ?

Its "passive" so it dont need AP.
Depends on build ☺ Consider + and - ...
- is only one: you have to spend perk for it 😁
+ You will know exactly how many HP enemy have and his weapons and armor (i suppose you can identify them on first look, but you dont know if it is artefact). BUT this perk is needed for advanced insightful which shows also skills, perks and i think also secondary weapon - this can be really useful if you know what he can "throw" on you...
So if you have 1 unit to look for enemies or shelter and 2 which can shot from back its good, but not necessary ☺
