I dont understand using RegNow, SMScoin, WebMoney .
I only know how to use Superrewards.
So, can you just add back the Paypal link?

Seems superrewards dont support paypal at your country anymore.
At the very first side of order (after click the "charge"-button at shop) you choose the global payment provider.
Don't click superrewards there just try Regnow because regnow support paypal.

There are 2 buttons - "Charge" (top) and "Get free ..." (bottom)
It looks like you press "Get free.." button.
