If somebody have bad luck mostime he cry with words like "shit" or "fuck" thats bad language, thats also the reason you can't say fuck and f..k is just way to break this rule.
Here my tipp. Next time you want to say such words, take a big breath and let it be. So you will not punised with some minutes of silence.
